What I collect
The consultation form on this site asks for your name, email address and phone number. If you call or write to me, I also keep whatever you choose to share. The site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it.
How I use it
I use your details to respond to your enquiry and to provide the real estate services you ask for. I do not sell your information, and I do not pass it to marketing agencies.
Who can see it
Your information is seen by me and by authorized staff at Call It Closed International Brokerage. It is also handled by the service providers that run this site and my business, including website hosting and form handling, my client management system and email. If you become a client, the trades and providers who deliver your move receive only what they need to do that work.
Keeping it secure
I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access. No online system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive financial details through the contact form.
Access, correction and removal
To see, correct or remove your details, or to stop further communication, call (289) 237-7101. I will remove your details from my active consultation records on request, except where real estate law requires me to keep records of a transaction.
