Services and fees
Services described on this site, such as cleaning and light repairs, staging, photography, packing, moving, unpacking and a dedicated concierge, are provided as part of my brokerage fee, at no added cost, for qualifying clients. Eligibility depends on the combined value of your sale and your purchase and is confirmed at consultation. The scope, limits and approved providers are set out in your written agreement. Nothing on this site is a guarantee or an offer that can be accepted on its own.
